Pete Wolf

Coordinator

Living with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. Our peer support group offers a safe, understanding space where you can connect with others who truly relate to your experiences. Share, listen, and learn from each other while exploring practical ways to manage emotions, build resilience and improve your wellbeing.

The session runs every other Friday, between 10.00am-11.30am at Ocean Road Community Centre, on the following dates:

  • 4th of April.
  • 2nd of May.
  • 16th of May.
  • 30th of May.
