Mindful Relaxation

Friday 29th Oct 2pm-3,30pm at Action Station, Boldon Lane, South Shields


Mindfulness guides us to be aware of our thoughts, feelings and environment

so that we can focus on being in the present moment.  This feeling of ‘being present’

can give a sense of calmness, clarity and being relaxed.  Mindfulness also encourages

self compassion through being non-judgemental and being kind to ourselves.
