Positive Psychology

Friday 5th November 2pm-3.30pm at Big Local,  (Jarrow Focus, Phab Club entrance)
Positive Psychology is the theory of happiness.

The aim of the course is to improve your overall wellbeing by

  • being able to acknowledge the positive aspects of your life
  • realising your personal strengths
  • developing positive emotions and relationships

This course involves group discussion, practical exercises and promotes individual reflection
