The warmer weather is almost here and to celebrate we are really pleased to announce our latest activities.

We’ve got everything from building your confidence and feeling more positive to being creative and getting outdoors.

Managing your Mental Health

We also have groups to help you understand and manage your mental health.  You can find support or share your experiences in the Depression Support Group and the Managing Emotions Group.


We haven’t forgotten about the important work that carers do, and our Carer Peer Support Group offers a listening ear.
