We provide an Information Service, Self-Care Course (learn about managing your health and wellbeing), Advocacy and Care Act Advocacy, IT and digital skills, B Social Group, Inclusive Health Activities (for disabled children 8-18), Platform Scales to enable people to be independently weighed, RADAR Keys, Payroll Services for Direct Payments, Blue Badge applications.

The Barnes Institute was donated to village residents in 1905 for community activities. Its charitable purpose has always been and continues to be provision (i.e. rent) and maintenance of spaces for such activities and social gatherings. Activities include social, educational, creative, wellbeing and fitness as well as a gym, coffee shop and meeting rooms.

A dedicated counselling service for young people aged 4-25 years and their parents/carers. We offer face-to-face counselling sessions, complementary therapies e.g. massage, Indian head massage etc. together with activities for young people aged 11-18years. We work with 4-25 year old young people and their parents/carers. We collaborate with statutory and voluntary sector organisations and referrals can be made via telephone, email or drop-in.

Liberty project works with individuals, who have or are experiencing exploitation. We support individuals from 18 years upwards, across Tyne and Wear. Our approach is trauma informed and puts the individual at the centre of the support, helping to build self-confidence, empowering them to regain control of their lives.
