Kind Mind Community offers free, recovery-focused activities aimed at building your confidence, managing your mental health and wellbeing and supporting others through your own lived experiences.
Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 most of our activities which take place in the community have had to stop. However, we are able to offer some online courses and groups to help you cope with what’s going on right now.
Mindful Relaxation (learning to reduce your stress and feel more at ease) and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) are starting in October. We also have a virtual drop-in every Friday 12-1pm on our Facebook group ‘Kind Mind Community’.
Very soon, we aim to start delivering more of our previous activities online such as:
• Confidence and Assertiveness
• Anxiety Management
• Positive Psychology
• Peer Mentor Course
• Depression Workshops
