We offer free courses, groups and activites which:
- Enable you to become an expert in your own self care
- Recognise and build on your own strengths

Every Friday, 2pm – 4pm at Online
Manage your Anxiety
Friday, 11am – 1pm at Online
This course will help you understand anxiety, talk with others who have similar experiences and develop coping strategies in a friendly group.
Mindful drop-in session
Thursday, 11am – 1pm at Online
Once you have completed the 7 weeks course and learned the basics of being mindful, you are welcome to develop your techniques and practice with others in our weekly sessions.
It was nice hearing from everyone else’s experience, trainers were friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we aren’t able to access community venues at the moment but hope to be back soon

Writing for Fun

Open to beginners and those with some writing experience Come along to our friendly course and brush up on writing stories, developing characters, writing for your wellbeing and just have some fun
