Enrolment Form

All new Students will be asked to attend a face to face meeting before accessing any groups or activities. This is to ensure individuals are supported in the right way and are risk assessed. Please follow the link below and a member of our team will contact you to arrange your face to face appointment. You must be working or living in South Tyneside and aged over 18.
