3 Pillars of Wellbeing
Come and join us in a journey of self discover with insights to how our Mind, Body and Spirit impact on our wellbeing and how to improve each of the 3 elements of he wellbeing triangle. This interactive course is delivered in a safe and nurturing environment, lead by our experienced Peer Support Workers at Action Station, Boldon Lane, South Shields starting Monday 18th August 10am-11.30am. All attendees must be enrolled as a Student, this can be done via our Resources Page or by contacting us on 0191 217 2935.
