Discover the power of words and creativity at Positive Pens, a supportive writing group designed to boost your mental wellbeing. Whether you love poetry, journaling, storytelling, or just want to explore self-expression, this group offers a relaxed and welcoming space to put pen to paper. Writing can help reduce stress, process emotions, and build confidence—no experience needed, just an open mind!

The session runs on the following Mondays, between 2.30pm-4.00pm at Ocean Road Community Centre.
