Join us at Kind Mind Community for our new Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) course.

Running for 6 weeks starting January 5th, 10:00am – 11:30am Flyer for Kind Mind Community and Everyturn Mental Health promoting a new Wellbeing Recovery Action Planning course. Whether you’re new to recovery planning or looking to strengthen your existing tools, this course is about building confidence, hope, and self-understanding—one step at a time.” The course starts Monday 5th January, 10:00am-11.30am at Action Station, Boldon Lane, South Shields, NE34 0LZ. Sessions are free for people aged 18+ who live or work in South Tyneside, with enrolment required before attending.
